The Summer Holiday for the UK Community will be held from Saturday 21 - Thursday 26 July 2018 in the Warwickshire (Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwick, CV8 2LD).

During the Holiday, we will work on the content of the 2018 Fraternity Exercises.

On Saturday 21 July, registration will be open from 5 pm and the Holiday will officially start with dinner at 7.15 pm, followed by an introduction and Mass. On Thursday 26 July, the holiday will finish before lunch time.

On your arrival please check in at the hotel reception desk. If you haven’t settled the payment yet, please try and do so before the holiday by making a bank transfer to the Manalive Bank account. If you prefer pay cash at the holiday, please come and see us upon arrival (we will set up a Secretary Desk next to the hotel one). We have already settled the payment with the hotel, so please do not pay the hotel! We cannot accept credit/debit card payments - please bring cash/cheques.

If you are planning on coming for the day, please bring your packed lunch and if you would like to join for dinner please get in touch with the Secretary Team - please do not just show up for dinner as we need to inform the hotel and there will be a charge for this.

Musicians for the holiday:
As in previous years, during the holiday we would like to put together a band with our young musicians (not so young are also very welcome!). If you have a child who currently plays a musical instrument and would like to participate in a band and is able to bring their instrument (pianists also welcome) then please let Joe Morgan know.

Finally, please remember to bring with you:
- Book of Hours
- Blue Songs Book and any other songs book
- Suitable walking/playing shoes/boots and clothes
- Sun cream
- Sun glasses
- Swimming costumes (the hotel has a small pool available for guests)
- Picnic blanket (we are planning to have lunch outside)
- Raincoat
