Christmas Carol Service 2016 and AVSI dinner

Saturday, 17 December 2016, 6 pm, St. Mary Moorfields RC Church, London

"He knows our need, our weakness is no stranger"

We would like to invite you and your dear ones to two events that our friends are organising to celebrate the joy of Christ's birth.

On Saturday 17 December at 6 pm in St. Mary Moorfields RC Church (4-5 Eldon St, London, EC2M 7LS), the Choir of Communion and Liberation invite you to join them for a Carol Service. The service will last about 1 hour and all are welcome, including children.

Following that, at 7.15 pm, we propose a dinner in the Parish Hall to raise funds for AVSI, an international charity, which welcomed the Pope's call "to give a concrete hope" to refugees running away from wars, persecutions and natural disasters (8 projects are funded in this Christmas campaign). During dinner there will be a short video about some AVSI projects.

To organise the dinner in such a short period of time, could we ask you to register asap, so we have an idea of numbers earlier on. If you have people you intend to invite, you can add them later on. Numbers are limited as the space is a constraint, so please hurry up to sign up using the link or the email that you find on the leaflet.

We invite you to join us for one or, if possible, both of these events  to share our joy for One who has come to be companion to our needs, our weaknesses, our lives.
