Way of the Cross 2016

Friday, 25 March 2016, 9.30 am, St. Mary Moorfields RC Church, London

“Now it is Holy Week; if you don't live Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday by simply looking Christ in the face, but live preoccupied about your sins or about perfection, or about things to meditate on, you come out tired and then life starts again as before. Instead, looking at Christ changes us. But for this to change you, you must truly look him in the face, with the desire for good, with the desire for truth: "I am capable of all things, Lord, if I'm with you who are my strength." It is a “you” that dominates. It is not about rules to respect". (Fr. Giussani, Is it possible to Live this way?)

As in previous years, on Good Friday, we will have the opportunity to take part together in the walk that Jesus took in order to fulfil what the Father had asked Him for us.

It is an occasion to go deeply into what has happened and to open our gaze and our heart as we follow the path of the cross.

The Way of the Cross will take place in London on Friday 25 April at 9.30 am. We will start from St. Mary Moorfields RC Church, 4-5 Eldon Street, London, EC2M 7LS - (nearest tube: Liverpool Street or Moorgate).

We have prepared the attached leaflet as a tool to invite friends and colleagues.
